We manage this small business park. We have undertaken a rolling refurbishment program and most of the buildings have now been upgraded. The most recent letting, to the Shipleys was at £24 per sq ft in a building that had not been upgraded.  The standard upgrade now includes raised floors, air conditioning, new ceilings and LED light fittings with rents at £25 per sq ft. Other occupiers include Ramsac, The National Autistic Society and Card Geotechnics.
