Acting on behalf of the Good Harvest Group Limited we marketed this investment with offers in excess of £8.8 million.

The property comprised 7 office buildings constructed in the 1990’s around a central courtyard. Three of the buildings were vacant and we saw this as an opportunity to appeal to the permitted development market. There was intense interest in the property from both residential and commercial developers and the property sold for in excess of £10 million.
